Sign up for a Pokemon Trainer Central account by visitng https://trainer.pokemon.com/start. Provide us with your Player ID, and you’ll get a free Pokemon TCG Prize pack the first two times you show up each month! We’ll also have additional promos you can claim every week. Once that’s done, you can dive into the following activities:
Pokemon TCG
In the Pokemon TCG, players build 60-card decks around their favorite Pokemon and then play against each other, sending their Pokemon into battle to prove who the best Trainer is. Meet the friendly faces in our community, and dive right into battle! The Pokemon Trading Card Game encourages strategic thinking and, in many cases, basic math skills. Pokemon puts a strong emphasis on good sportsmanship and respect for other players as well.
Pokemon Champions (VGC)
In Pokemon Champions, players can build teams of six Pokemon that they’ve personally trained. Put together a well thought-out strategy and take out your opponent! VGC Double Battles (Video Game Championships) is the official format for competitive Pokemon.
If you’re looking to show off your team, you can challenge Top Tier Board Game’s very own Gym Leader! They’ll sport a team focused on a single type, and if you can win, you’ll get an acrylic standee featuring a Legends ZA starter Pokemon. You can attempt to challenge the Gym Leader once a week until you win! Who knows? Maybe you could be a Gym Leader one day!
Pokemon GO
In Pokemon GO, players can catch Pokemon in real-life locations. Top Tier Board Games is a Gym in-game, and there’s almost always a Raid happening during Pokemon League. Feel free to challenge the Gym, catch Pokemon, trade with other players, compete in PvP, or work together to tackle a Raid boss!
