Special Orders & Holds
If you don’t find what you’re looking for in store, ask us to order it for you! There’s a wide range of games and accessories available that we might not have on hand, but we’re always happy to check on it. From Star Wars: Legion to Warhammer models, deck boxes to sleeves, or that expansion to your favorite board game, we’d love to bring it to your table!
Special orders must be purchased within 30 days of the item’s release date or date of contact about its arrival, whichever is later. After that time, the items will no longer be held. Multiple failures to purchase special order items may result in moving to a prepay-only basis for orders. Any exceptions or extensions for extentuating circumstances must be approved by a manager.
Upon request we may at our discretion hold items already in store for up to a day for later pickup. After that time the item will no longer be held.
