We're hosting a Magic tournament that's low rarity but high intensity! Get your all-commons Pauper deck ready to throw down!

$5 gets you entry to our Swiss, best-of-three Pauper tournament. For those unfamiliar, Pauper is a 60-card Magic format where you are only allowed to play cards that have been printed at common. This is no mere battle of the bulk, though: powerful cards like Brainstorm, Counterspell, and Lightning Bolt are legal in Pauper! Bring your A-game if you want to come out on top! Each player may also bring a 15-card sideboard and swap out cards in between games.

For Magic players who are only familiar with Commander, Pauper is a great way to get into 1v1 Magic. Decks are far more affordable than other 60-card formats, and there's a huge diversity of play styles that are viable. Feel free to ask our staff if you are curious about how to get into Pauper, and we'll point you in the right direction!
